Shipping & returns.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited and international shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your HeadCase arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact1@theheadcasegolf.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
